Prof. Dr. M. Hafizur Rahman, Renowned Glaucoma Specialist & Consultant Phaco surgeon, currently workingas Consultant at Bangladesh Eye Hospital and Institute and Hikmah Eye Hospital. He is the former Head of Ophthalmology Department at Ad-din Medical College Hospital, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Prof. Rahman is one of the leading Glaucoma consultant and Phaco Surgeon in Bangladesh. He is working to prevent blindness due to cataract and glaucoma from this country. He is used to utilize the latest techniques and equipments to ensure the highest standards of eye care. Prof. Hafizur Rahman was born in Jashore in1975. He completed schooling both primary and secondary from his village in 1990, then he went to MM college, Jashore where he completed higher secondary schooling in 1992. Then he was influenced by his friends and family to become doctor.

Prof. Hafizur Rahman graduated MBBS from University of Rajshahi in 1999.
